Before services can be booked, we require completion of our Personalized Onboarding Process

We’ll visit with you and your pet at your home to learn about their personality, routine, likes, dislikes, medical needs, and all of the little details that make them who they are. During this visit we’ll also complete a behavior assessment to make sure our services are the right fit.

Once everyone feels comfortable at the meet and greet, we’ll schedule a trial playdate on a day that you will be local and available. We’ll pick your pup up, bring them to spend the day with the Aussie Mom Pack, and introduce them slowly at a pace that’s comfortable for them.

Our priority is making sure they feel safe and confident in our home, not forcing them into an unfamiliar environment. If your dog settles in well, they’ll enjoy a full day with us before we bring them back home. If they become overly stressed or simply aren’t comfortable, we’ll contact you immediately and bring them home. We never want a pet to feel anxious or overwhelmed.

We require a one night trial stay before scheduling these services for longer vacations. 

Some dogs are perfectly comfortable during the day but experience separation anxiety overnight.  This trial allows us to make sure they’re happy, relaxed, and comfortable sleeping away from home before your trip. If your pet enjoys their overnight stay, wonderful, we’ll know they’re ready for future vacations. If not, we’ll contact you right away so we can discuss what’s best for your pet’s comfort and wellbeing.
